Can I return products that have already been opened or assembled?
You can return your products within 365 days, even if the package has already been opened or assembled.
Need help bringing it back? You can book your pick-up online at this link. Please disassemble and repack the product. It does not need to be in its original packaging, but it does need to be packed for transport. Please note that there is a service charge for collection by carrier. This will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
