How can I return an item at the store?

At IKEA you have 365 days to change your mind and return items. For mattresses we offer a 90-day sleep trial. You can return items whether you bought them online or in store.

Changed your mind and want to return your item to an IKEA store? A return at the store is always free of charge for you. Please note our exceptions to the exchange and return policy: electronic appliances have to be in their original packaging and items from the Second Life Shop cannot be returned. 

Your legal right of withdrawal and claims for defect items remains unaffected by this right of return.

Please bring your receipt or order confirmation with you and contact our customer service at the IKEA store.
