If your products meet our return policy, you have various options for returning the goods to us: by parcel, at the store or have them picked up from your home.

We offer you various options for returning the goods to us: by parcel, at the store or have them picked up from your home.
Returns at IKEA are easy! Use our self-service:
- Log in to your customer account and navigate to “Purchases & Orders”.
- Select the order from which you would like to return items and select “Return”.
- Now select the relevant item(s), state the reason for the return and decide on a return method.
Of course, you can also return goods to your local store. Save valuable time and register an express return here.
Please note that IKEA Vienna Westbahnhof does not take back large furniture. You are welcome to return the goods in Vösendorf or Vienna North.
