Can I return a mattress after a year if there are quality issues?
In case of quality problems, IKEA mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty (the IKEA warranty does not apply to SULTAN bed frames or bed slats).
As soon as you complain about the quality of your mattress and it is still within the warranty, it will be inspected by IKEA. If the quality issue is confirmed, IKEA will suggest solutions.
