Can I choose a mattress when I return the old IKEA mattress?
When returning the old mattress, an exchange or refund is possible depending on the case.
In the course of a change of mind, you will receive your paid amount back in the form of a prepaid card after an inspection of the mattress in one of the IKEA stores. You can redeem this for any item as normal on our homepage or in one of our stores.
If you want a different mattress in the course of a confirmed complaint, you will be refunded the difference in the case of a cheaper mattress. For a more expensive one, this must still be paid by you via a payment link when completing the new order.
