When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive your order confirmation via email after we have received your payment. Please also check your Junk/ Spam folder.
Please check your email inbox to see if you have received your order confirmation and also check your junk/spam folder. Your confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours of successful payment. Check your bank account to ensure that payment has been received and not just reserved. The order confirmation will contain an order number that you can use to track your order.
