You can find your IKEA order number in the email with the subject “Order confirmation” that we sent you after your purchase.
Where exactly can I find the order number?
You’ll find it:
- in your order confirmation email
- in the grey “Order information” box
- as a 10-digit number
You may need this number for tracking your order, returns or complaints.
IKEA Family member?
If you’re an IKEA Family member, you can also view your orders and order numbers online:
- log in to your IKEA account
- open your purchase history / order overview
