How can I view my IKEA order?

Find out how to view your IKEA order online – either through your IKEA Family account or without logging in using your order number.

You can view your IKEA order online at any time – whether you placed your order online or purchased at an IKEA store.

Option 1: With an IKEA Family account (recommended)

  1. Log in to your IKEA account.
  2. Open “Purchases & orders”.
  3. Here you’ll find all orders linked to your IKEA Family card.
This option is ideal if you regularly want to view and manage your orders.
Don’t have an IKEA Family account yet? You can register for free here.

Option 2: Without an IKEA Family account

  1. Open Help & Support.
  2. Select “My orders”.
  3. Enter your order number and either:
    • your email address, or
    • your phone number used for the order.

💡 Tip

If you can’t find your order, check:
  • whether you’re logged in to the correct account
  • whether you used a different email address or phone number when placing your order
