- smaller items → parcel delivery
- large or heavy furniture → truck delivery
If an item is too large or too heavy, a different delivery method will automatically be offered.
Delivery address and postcode
The available delivery methods also depend on your location. Different delivery options may be available depending on your region.
Stock availability
Your delivery option also depends on where the item is currently available.
For example, an item may:
- be delivered from a central warehouse
- only be available at a specific IKEA store
This can affect which delivery methods are offered.
Check the available options
The possible delivery or collection options are displayed automatically:
- Add your chosen items to the shopping basket.
- Enter your postcode.
- Click “Go to checkout”.
- You’ll then see all available delivery methods for your order.
