- On the chosen delivery day you can select delivery time windows of 4 or 6 hours.

- Ideal for large or bulky items such as sofas, wardrobes, or kitchen appliances that are difficult to move.
Location and distance factors
- Suitable for apartments or houses with accessible entrances, including buildings with lifts or a safe stairway.
- If access is restricted or unsafe, the driver may not be able to complete the delivery; in that case we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
Required effort for customers
- Your effort is minimal: the delivery driver handles carrying and placing the items — on request, they will place items in the room you specify, including up stairs if needed.
