Can I return products that have been used for business purposes to IKEA?
Returns of products used for business purposes are only possible in limited cases. Special return conditions apply to IKEA Business customers.
Products that have been used for business purposes can only be returned to IKEA in limited circumstances. Special conditions apply to business customers.
Our standard return policy generally applies to products used privately and in normal household quantities.
For business customers, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 365 days, just as for private customers. IKEA Business Network members may have an extended return period.
Products that have already been used for business purposes cannot be returned, even if they are still in like-new condition.
