The return of products used for business purposes is only possible to a limited extent at IKEA. Special conditions apply to business customers. In general, the IKEA return conditions apply to products for private use and household quantities.
Products in their original packaging can generally be returned by business customers within 365 days. A longer return period may apply to IKEA Business Network members. Products that have already been used for business purposes cannot be returned – even if they are still in like-new condition.
