Why can't I buy a product online that says it’s in stock in the store?
The store stock is most likely low, and the remaining items are predicted to be sold out by the time they would be able to pick them for online purchases. Please check the product page to see the stock status or visit us in store.
The item may be available from the main warehouse, but if it is not available in sufficient quantity at your store, it cannot be ordered for collection via Click & Collect.
As long as you can move the item to the shopping cart and it is available under the shopping cart, you can order it online from our main warehouse directly to your home.
To place the Click & Collect order, you should check whether there is enough stock in your store. If you see a green dot on Click & Collect, your IKEA store has the product in stock.
If your store does not have enough quantity, the dot next to your store is not green, but red. As soon as you click on the link of your store, you have the option to enter your email address or mobile number. We'll contact you when this item is back in stock.
