WHAT IS REQUIRED?
1. A written authorization from you
- Name of the person collecting the order
- Date
- Order number
- Your signature
2. Your order confirmation
3. A valid photo ID
GOOD TO KNOW
- Orders cannot be handed over without a written authorization.
- The information on the authorization must match the order details.
- Different access rules may apply for collection lockers (e.g. collection code from the confirmation email).
