What happens if I can't collect my Click & Collect order on the agreed date?
Please contact our customer service as your goods will only be reserved for 24 hours. If your collection date is still in the future, you can change it via your customer profile.
Did you miss your collection date? Please contact our customer service by phone as your order will only be reserved for 24 hours. Give us a call at 0800 081 100. You will receive a new time slot for your Click & Collect order within these 24 hours.
If the purchase is not collected, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to the payment method you used to place the order.
