Can I pick up my IKEA Click & Collect order earlier?

Pick up your Click & Collect order earlier? Find out when your IKEA order is ready and how you can adjust your time slot flexibly.

As a rule, your order is only ready for pickup at the selected time slot. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee earlier completion.

What happens if you arrive earlier?

If you arrive at the store before your booked time slot, it is possible that your order has not yet been prepared. We therefore recommend arriving at your confirmed pickup time.

Would you like to change your time slot?

You can easily adjust your Click & Collect pickup via your IKEA Profile. There, you can change your pickup date or time slot (if available).

Good to know

  • You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed).
  • Have a valid photo ID ready.
