Why are some items not available for Click & Collect?

The availability of items for Click & Collect depends on stock levels, product range status, system restrictions and the capacity of the pick-up station.

The availability of items for Click & Collect depends on several factors:

1. Stock level: The item must be available in sufficient quantities in the warehouse. An individual minimum stock level is taken into account to ensure that customers also have access to the item on site.

2. Discontinued status: Items that have been removed from the product line can no longer be offered for Click & Collect, even if stock remains.

3. System-side restrictions: Certain items, such as limited collections or special promotions, are subject to system-side restrictions and are therefore not available for Click & Collect.

4. Pick-up stations: The availability of items also depends on the capacity of the desired pick-up station as well as stock availability, especially for external pick-up stations such as storeboxes or partner stations.
