Can I show my order confirmation on my phone?

To collect your Click & Collect order, simply show the confirmation on your phone.

To collect your Click & Collect order, simply show the confirmation on your phone. Please also make sure to show your ID.

If your order is being collected by someone you have authorized, the authorized person will also need an ID. The power of attorney and the order confirmation can be shown on the phone as long as the following details are included:

  • Order number
  • Name of the person who placed the order
  • Name of the person collecting/ authorized person
  • handwritten signature of the person placing the order
  • Date of order
