Yes. When collecting your Click & Collect order, you can simply show the order confirmation on your phone. Please also bring a valid form of ID.
For the collection of your Click & Collect order, it is sufficient to show the order confirmation on your phone. Please also remember to bring your ID.
1. Is someone else collecting your order?
If someone you have authorised is collecting your order, they must also present a valid form of ID. The authorisation and order confirmation can also be shown on a mobile phone.
2. What information must the authorisation include?
Please make sure it contains:
- order number
- name of the person who placed the order
- name of the person collecting the order / authorised person
- handwritten signature of the person who placed the order
- date
