Can I change or cancel my order online?

If you have already placed the order, you can no longer change it. You can however cancel the order yourself and place a new one.

If our shipping partner has not yet received your order, you can change the desired delivery date online here. Please note that it is not possible to make changes, such as adding or removing items, to the order once you have placed it.

If you would like to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed, you will find an option to do so in your purchase history.
