How to update your billing address
To help us process your request quickly, please send us an e-mail including:
- your order number
- your new billing address
Please contact: customer.support.at@ikea.com
Our customer service team will then update your details and send you the amended invoice by e-mail.
Good to know
- The update usually takes a few days.
- It is not possible to change the delivery address retrospectively.
