Can I change my IKEA Click & Collect order to delivery?

Want to change the delivery method? Here’s what to do if you would prefer to have your IKEA Click & Collect order delivered.

Unfortunately, the delivery method cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

What you can do instead

If you would prefer to have your Click & Collect order delivered:
  1. Cancel your existing order.
  2. Place a new order with your preferred delivery option.
The same applies the other way around, if you want to change from delivery to Click & Collect.

Important to know

  • The delivery method cannot be changed once the order has been completed.
  • The order must be cancelled before it has been collected or dispatched.
  • After a successful cancellation, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
