Why am I still receiving notifications even though I have picked up my order?
If you have picked up your order, you can regard the reminders as irrelevant.
Your order is always reserved in the collection box for 48 hours. If you have collected your order at the beginning of your time slot, you may still receive collection notifications within the first 48 hours. In this case, you can regard the reminders as irrelevant. Thank you for your understanding!
