How does collection from an IKEA pick-up point work?

With an IKEA pick-up point, you can collect your order flexibly and conveniently close to home – ideal if there is no IKEA store nearby.
How it works
1. Choose your products
Add the items you would like to buy to your shopping basket.
2. Select a pick-up point
During the ordering process, choose an available IKEA pick-up point near you.
3. Choose a collection time
Plan your collection by selecting an available time slot.
4. Receive an SMS notification
As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS notification.
5. Collect your order using your PIN code
In most cases, your order will be stored in a collection locker.
You will receive a PIN code by SMS, which you can use to open the locker.
Important information
- Please bring your mobile phone so you can access your PIN code.
- There is no staff available to help load your items at the pick-up point.
- You will always find the exact collection details in your SMS notification.
