How does pick-up via a pick-up station work?

Our pickup locations are designed to give you the flexibility and convenience you need, especially if you live further away from a furniture store.
Simply select the products you want, add them to your shopping cart and then select the IKEA pickup point near you. You can then plan the pickup by choosing a suitable date.
As soon as your goods are ready, we will notify you via SMS. In most cases, your order will be stored in a pickup box. You will receive a pin code via SMS with which you can open up the box. Please note that we cannot help with loading your goods.
