What is the IKEA pick-up box?
The IKEA pick-up boxes offer you an opportunity to pick up your Click & Collect order regardless of the store's opening hours.
Our pick-up boxes are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use the IKEA pick-up box for your Click & Collect purchase by selecting it during the ordering process under "choose your store" and then choosing your pick-up day.
As soon as the products are prepared in the collection box, you will receive a text message with the collection code to the mobile phone number you provided. This code will allow you to open the compartment of the collection box. Simply enter the Code at the terminal and the door of the box will open automatically.
If you haven’t received an SMS with your PIN code at the beginning of your selected pick-up time window, or if you require an extension for the pick-up time, please contact us by phone: 0800 081 100. We will be happy to assist you.
