What is the IKEA collection locker?
Find out how the IKEA collection locker lets you collect your online order around the clock, independently of store opening hours.
IKEA collection lockers allow you to collect your Click & Collect order flexibly and independently of IKEA store opening hours.
How it works
- When placing your order online, select “Choose your IKEA store” and choose a collection day.
- As soon as your products are ready, you will receive an SMS with a collection code.
- Enter the code at the terminal – the correct locker will open automatically.
- Collect your order – and you’re done.
The collection lockers are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Good to know
- Your order will remain reserved in the collection locker for 48 hours.
- You can open the locker multiple times within 60 minutes.
- Please have your order number or collection code ready.
- The lockers are under video surveillance to help keep your order secure.
