Can I return products at a planning studio or Click & Collect location?
These locations are not full IKEA stores and therefore cannot process returns.
The IKEA planning studios and Click & Collect locations are not full stores and therefore cannot process returns. If you bought an item in a store or online and want to return it, you can either fill out our return form online or visit an IKEA store near you.
