Can I return IKEA products at a Planning Studio or Click & Collect location?
Returns cannot be processed at IKEA Planning Studios or Click & Collect locations.

Returns are not possible at:
- IKEA Planning Studios
- IKEA Linz - Passage
- IKEA Wien - Auhof
- IKEA Wr.Neustadt - Fischapark
- IKEA Villach - Atrio
- IKEA Dornbirn - Messepark
- IKEA Sankt Pölten - Traisenpark
- IKEA Dornbirn - West
- IKEA Vöcklabruck - Varena
- Click & Collect locations
These locations are not full IKEA stores and therefore cannot process returns.

- or visit an IKEA store near you
