Can I return IKEA products at a planning studio or Click & Collect location?

IKEA Planning Studios and Click & Collect locations are not full IKEA stores and therefore cannot process returns.

If you purchased an item at an IKEA store or online and would like to return it, other return options are available.

1. Where can’t you return an item?

Returns cannot be processed directly at:
  • IKEA Planning Studios
  • Click & Collect locations
These locations are not full IKEA stores.

2. Where can you return your item?

You can choose one of the following options:
  • complete the online returns form
  • or visit an IKEA store near you
