The #BetterHomeBalance trail is all about showing how you can use your home to better protect your mental wellbeing. Browse the store, discover tips, and see how your home space can nourish your headspace.

Take part in the Better Home Balance trail

Visit your local IKEA store to discover how you can create better balance at home. There’ll be an activity card to collect at the entrance of each store. Simply look for the #BetterHomeBalance signs as you walk through each department and discover how certain items can help you achieve a more balanced state of mind. There are five tips to be found and even a prize to be won.

Find your balance, room by room

Every corner of the house can be used to improve a sense of self and wellbeing. You just need to know where to look.

Eat together, grow together

Companionship and emotional support can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing. So, why not make time for regular family or house meals? It can be any meal of the day – the key is togetherness, not timings.
