Missing screws ChetanI bought two rails and both were missing screws part number 100325 in the booklet it says 4x so assuming the screws are included but I didn't not see the screws in both clothes rail 2

Not sturdyGraceI purchased this with the closet and the rod fell down today. Does anyone know the name of the piece that holds the rod? It’s plastic. I did not have a lot on the rod either. Is there a way I can just replace the plastic piece ? I’m hesitant to use it but I may have no other choice 1

Komplement clothes railAnonymous reviewerI bought 3 of these clothing rails as they stated they were 29.5” long. Once we got home and ready to install, they all measured 27.5” and would not fit. The measurements are incorrect. Will be returning them asap. 1

I tried to order a replacement part on line but it would not allow me to do that had to go in person to the store to get the replacement part. I think its a design flaw. Once that was resolved I am happy with the product. 4
Disappointed DanishaI ordered the whole pax closet system and put it together to get to the last part which was the clothes rail couldn’t put it up because it wasn’t any screws called customer support and the First Lady said it didn’t come with them so I was confused called again another lady said screws was supposed to come so she was like I can mail you out some it’s going to take 10 days now I have to wait smh I just wish they pair sure they have everything together for their customers 2
