Strainer and water-trap included.

Use the included measuring template before attaching the sink to the countertop.

Let the silicone underneath the sink harden for 2 hours before connecting the water trap.

If you are uncertain about the installation, contact a professional. The installation shall be made in accordance with valid local building and plumbing regulations.

May be completed with TOLKEN or ÅLSKEN countertop and TÄNNFORSEN wash-stand, minimum width 23⅝ in.

Care

Wipe clean with a water dampened soft cloth and a mild non-abrasive dish detergent or soap, if necessary.

Do not use scouring powder, steel wool, hard or sharp tools which can scratch the surface of the sink.

Perfect sizeSunneeWe bought this sink to put on top of a piece of old furniture that we wanted to repurpose as a vanity and it looks fabulous! The bowl is the perfect size and deep enough to not cause splatter. It looks super nice with the brass faucet (HAMNSKÄR). The sink is very flush to the table (counter) top so not even feeling the need to apply silicone around the sink as it is setting on solid wood butcherblock.5
Designer sink as a bargain price.DavidLiked this style so much I bought three of them as part of two bath reno project. Installed over new countertops. Note - this requires a much smaller hole in the counter. You might want to check that if you are going to reuse your counter and it had the typically sized hole for a drop in sink. Beyond that, it works great!5

Easy and quick to install the sink, however ... I love IKEA and while I appreciate the plumbing kit included with the sink, no way was it going to work with a 41 year old house plumbing system. I understand the plumbing pipes are designed for IKEA cabinets with drawers, but can't even image the ordeal if they ever get clogged! Lucky, there is a licensed plumber in the family who found a solution so we didn't have to return this great sink!4
Beautiful sinkAnonymousI love this sink, but if Ikea continues to sell their product in the US, they should really warn people that their plumbing sizes are totally different. We still can't find plumbing that fits! I'm not sure I would recommend any of my friends purchase items that require plumbing from Ikea. Even the plumber had difficulties.3
