    Dimishing qualityPennyI have these drawers all over my house. I most recently bought a couple at the end of August and then another on October 1. The latest drawer came with a bottom that was a different color and it buckled immediately. I have assembled so many of these drawers and was shocked by how flimsy this one was. I also really dislike the contrasting bottom and it isn't pictured that way on the website, which is odd. To get a refund I have to rebox the entire built drawer and send it back. Not ideal. I wish that Ikea would have an option for Pax components to have the same build quality as the Sektion kitchen shelves and drawers. We have an Ikea kitchen and the kitchen components are much sturdier.2
    Warping issueTerryOne of 5 drawers seemed to protrude a little more than the other drawers which I assumed was an installation error. Over the next several months it became clear that it was warping and became significantly worse. unfortunately, since I purchased the components at the start of the renovation we were past the 180 day limit to return the product by the time the issue became clear. Disappointed that customer service was unwilling to work with me in this regards.3

    Nice DrawerHaroldThis drawer appears a little shallow, but holds a lot of clothing for its size. The drawer is well made and should last a long time. It looks very attractive when added with other components and was easy to assemble.5

    Nice drawersDonnaMy only complaint is that there are not white covers for the hardware. I added 2 new drawers to the 3 existing ones and the older ones had covers.4
    FlimsyCristian2 drawers are already breaking because of how flimsy the bottom part is. Unlike the old Malm that has a metal support at the bottom, this one does not have it. So over time that part will sink2
