I walked to the tills from the escalator and asked if the assistant could collect four mor for me explaining my difficulties she looked at me said no we dint supply that service and walked away ..I went to the return and exchange department just a few feet away and a very nice young man helped ..I was very upset…Exeter store … there are signs up asking customers to be respectful to staff maybe customers should be taken into account? After all we do pay there wages
