Remembered I had one of these years ago, a quick search on the app and I was sold. I think it’s about the same price as I paid years ago making it exceptionally good value. The chair now glides over the carpet, saving the carpet with much less effort.

Now I noticed it has a crack in it. I am 83 Kgs and 1.78M tall. Hence not really overweight.
It also keeps moving on the carpet and you have to keep repositioning it.

Long term only just average. Anonymous reviewerWe bought two of these and after 14months of usage and the edges have started to curl upwards on one of them, making it a trip hazard (yes I have it facing the correct side up). The second one is still fine though.
Good for the first 12 months though and cheaper than competitors but would a more expensive one have lasted better?

Slidey and glideyAnonymous reviewerOkay so I cannot slide THAT far (though if I bought a few more then that'd be something) but this has made moving around my desk area a lot easier and no wheels getting caught in the rug threads.
Honestly, I don't know what kind of chairs some reviewers are using - My Kolon (the name always makes me chuckle, but then I am of an immature mind) hasn't cracked or scratched.
Just wish they weren't that expensive. But I will get a few more as would be handy for entry areas.

Great carpet protector!Anonymous reviewerBought this probably over a year ago and recently moved my desk in my room. When I moved the floor protector, it was marked where my chair wheels had been, which would have otherwise been my carpet if I hadn’t got this floor protector. It does move a bit from time to time, but it’s easy to shift back, it isn’t that bigger inconvenience. Love it and would buy it again!
