Bad quality Anonymous reviewerAfter reading good reviews I am guttered that these are not as expected and certainly not worth the price when there are other versions available from other retailers. IKEA is usually good quality but 2of the 3 baskets I bought online are bad quality- the Ratan is dirty and has splitters and breakage, I am concerned this will damage items put inside, definitely scratch the pained shelf I planned to put them on, and splinter risk to hands- as well as looking like it won't stand up to time and likely more breakage with use. They all are not consistent in colour and have a light stripe across them, and dirt and dark spots in other places. The returns process is very frustrating, I don't understand why I am not given the option to return by post for free as they were delivered by post and still in original packaging..only option is £25 van collection or taking back to the store which is not close by. Would not recommend this product bought online as unable to check for quality

Look decent at affordable priceAnonymous reviewerThe rattan storage box looks decent and more expensive than it is. It fits the Kallax cube at my home perfectly which stores my kids’ overwhelming amount of toys. The only downside is the surface of the rattan is rough and some of them with wood or rattan thorns which hurts user’s fingers. Overall, it’s value for money at the price.

What is rattan?
Rattan is a strong yet lightweight and flexible material made from the rattan plant’s stem.
