The smell is realAnonymous reviewerThese look nice but smell really strongly of seagrass which is an unpleasant smell to me - the smell fills up any room they are placed in as well as any item placed inside. They also leave residue when moved around. Have had to return these.

They do smell lovely of seagrass, and if you don't like the smell, it will disappear with time. I wish it didn't, as I love it. Very sturdy and folds flat when not in use.
