Ingredients

  • 2 oz MUNSBIT roasted and lightly salted nuts and berries
  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Blackberries

Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the cheese in an oven or pie dish lined with baking paper. Place the dish in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, roughly chop the nut and berry mix.
  4. Decorate the cheese immediately after removing it from the oven. Serve it warm with bread or crackers.

Tip! You can also top the cheese with fresh figs, pear slices, dried apricots or dates – or whatever you feel could work. Combining brie cheese with fruits, nuts, and berries is a great way to make a cheese board unique and interesting. Have fun finding your own favorite combos!
