Care
To remove larger limescale deposits – use diluted, ordinary white vinegar and rinse with water.
Rub away limescale deposits with your hands.
Turn the thermostat from full cold to full hot from time to time.
Check the temperature control on a regular basis, adjust if necessary according to the assembly instructions.
Check the washers on a regular basis.
Clean with a soft damp cloth only using water and a mild washing-up detergent or soap. Never use scouring powder, steel wool, a descaling agent or a detergent that is acidic or contains alcohol or an abrasive.

This showerhead with full spray function gives a wide and even coverage for a relaxing shower experience.
The mesh spray function boosts the force of the water spray which is perfect for rinsing thick hair.
You can choose between full spray or mesh spray or you can combine the two, giving you the best of both worlds.

Functions extremely wellAnonymous reviewerI bought this for our recent bathroom renovation—everything else I liked (from other retailers) was at least double or triple the price. It has a clean design and I LOVE the thermostatic feature. It allows you to set the temperature to a fixed spot and the water automatically turns on to that temperature—no wasted water and time for the water to heat up! If I could make one improvement, it would be to not have screw heads showing on the trim around the knobs. That would be an easy change that would make the aesthetics much nicer.

Chrome spotted with first useAnonymous reviewerInternal parts are heavy brass and should last a long time, the chrome finish on the other hand spotted from the very first time it was used. The spotting was not caused by minerals, just some weird blueish spots all over the chrome parts.

What is brass?
Brass is a mixture of copper and zinc and the amounts vary depending on the desired properties. Copper is usually the main material and the more zinc you add results in the brass being harder and stronger, but also results in it being more difficult to shape and less resistant to rust. Brass can be recycled as brass but never into its original metals. At IKEA we use brass for things like knobs, handles, frames and taps.
