Love our new sofaMonicaI love this sofa! Very easy to put together. I did it by myself. The cover i picked out is not very pet friendly, but that's not a deal breaker. Looks great and is comfortable. Have to fluff the cushions every now and then. Very reasonable for the price.
NOT Worth The MoneyEricaThe couch is very stiff and uncomfortable and the back cushions didn't fully expand, leaving unsightly gaps. In order to return we would need to completely disassemble, re-package, and pay a pick up fee... we are so disappointed! Should have bought from Albany Park for the sectional...
Upland sectional - IKEA horrible lack of concern for their paying customersMichelleOrdered the upland sectional couch and was very excited to put it together, three weeks ago now. The left side of the couch is missing the two brackets it needs to hook to the corner section of the couch. I immediately called customer service to let them know I need two brackets and four screws to finish putting my couch together. A case was opened up and I was told I would hear from someone with in 72 hours. I have been calling almost every day to see what the status is. I have not heard from anyone as of yet!!!! I am quite frustrated and dumbfounded that no one seems to have the ability to send me two brackets and four screws. Very disappointed in this company after spending upwards of 4 thousand $!!! Extremely angry I am, seemingly, unimportant to IKEA as a customer. They got their money but I still don't have a functioning couch!!!!! 2 brackets and 4 screws. Please send them to me!! Sucks having to beg for something I pd good money for! Hopefully there will be resolution soon!
Terrible smellEleanorI bought the gray cover first I ordered one online and it never shipped so I drove 1 1/2 hours to a store to pick one up. It was packed in a box and looked normal. When I opened it at home it had an awful cheese like smell. Very odd. Beware. Other than the smell it is great.
