Durable and Beautiful FabricJenI have 3 covers and this gray-green Hakebo fabric is the absolute favorite. Gorgeous soft green color in a velvet like soft fabric but tough like denim that easily hides the hair and mess of two 75lb doggos. Also have a dark blue in a different fabric that is a beautiful color but needs daily vacuuming and shaving from a heavy duty fabric shaver and a beige in that same fabric which thankfully doesn't need as much care. This Hakebo fabric and color is a game changer. Love.
Seat cushions are too large PatrickWhat a bummer. I wanted to upgrade to a nicer looking version than the blue version I had. And the seat cushions are much bigger but the back ones fit. How is that a consistent issue from most reviews? It’s not worth it to bring them back for a refund, because I have to put the old ones back on. It also seems longer than the original ones
Dog hair attractor!EmmyThis couch looks terrible because the dog hair sticks to the fabric. We are constantly de-furring it.
Hakebo Material for the WinNickiThe Hakebo material is SO soft and cozy. My family switched to this material versus the original we had purchased when we bought the sofa. It washes incredibly well and dries fast. I always hang ours outside. The gray is a dark gray and I plan on getting the green to use during the holiday season.
UnfortunateDawnThe slipcover did not fit the couch, even though it was the exact name. It was much too big. The fabric was beautiful. Too bad.
LoveCindyWe have the eckland (name) covers and went looking for covers to replace. This upland was the only thing close enough we could find, so we got the jean one with fingers crossed. It is a little bigger on our cushions but no big deal, looks awesome. Love the material, very easily cleanable. So happy will be buying in different colors.

Magic.TeresaWe bought this for our Ektorp sofa and while the fit is loose, it works just fine. I thought I would miss the ability to flip the cushions and have the other side with the same cover (it’s just a random grey liner type fabric), but this cover is so amazing it doesn’t need to be flipped! I don’t know what kind of magic it uses, but every “stain” has wiped off completely with minimal scrubbing with a baby wipe. It’s AMAZING. Definitely worth the $120!!!!! The texture is also nice and soft and feels velvety to touch.
great, sturdy, durableNoemiHad this sofa for over 4 years, with 2 active boys I have been through a few covers because they do spill stuff, but so much cheaper to buy a cover than to replace a sofa! and generally I can just wash it too, though the cover doesn't last forever, especially with cats.

Green/Gray Cover Wreaks of Chemicals that won't come out, but DurableAnonymous reviewerIt is so sad that we have to worry about being exposed to dangerous strong chemicals in our homes. I love that Ikea uses natural materials in many of their products, but this is far from it! This smells like a cheap, toxic product from China that I will never keep, use, or recommend to any family. The product is durable, even much more durable then the Ektorp cover, but not worth it unless you are willing to sacrifice your health everyday as it gives you migraines & asthma if you are prone. In addition to sacrificing your comfort level because the smell is horrid, which does not let up even with airing out or washing.
Poor QualityTaylorI’ve had my Uppland sectional for 10 years with the BEST denim cover. Whatever this new material is feels cheap, the bottoms are a different (even cheaper) material so they cushions can’t be flipped and the size is off so the fit is loose and the end result is messy. I’d pay more for the quality I expected…
Not the best qualityAshleyI’ve had the ektorp sectional for 15 years. Absolutely LOVE it. I’ve purchased extra covers over the years and love them just as much! After one finally got a hole I decided to try the uppland covers. They run way bigger and the quality has definitely declined. I’m hoping they will shrink up after washing because I was excited about the different fabric and color choices. Very dissatisfied they would change a product that was already wonderful.
Seat cushion covers don’t fitBethAfter I couldn’t get my white slipcovers clean anymore, I decided to get a new color. But the seat cushion covers are 2” too big in both directions. I’m also unhappy that they have changed the bottom of the cushion cover to a different fabric so I can’t use both sides. I will have to return it and hope this was a fluke.
Feels like an inflatable couch.TraciThe couch is decent looking. I love the denim cover we got. But the couch cushions are so stuffed into the covers and so puffy all of the time it feels like you’re sitting on an inflatable couch. Plus the stitching is off on one of the cushion covers so it looks off.

This sofa is like a big hugSherryI love, love this sofa. It is very comfy like a big hug. My husband is 6 ft and I am 5ft and we each can lie on each end to take a nap. I love that I can change out the sofa covers to wash and to change styles by changing the sofa cover colors. Truly versatile. The only drawback is it takes a lot of time to change to covers for the cushions. Once you figure out which one goes where, its a piece of cake.
It fits the Ektorp!!RachelI needed a new cover for our Ektorp sectional, super disappointed it has been discontinued... anyway after measuring a hundred times and reading other reviews I decided to give the Uppland covet a try and it's great!!! The cussing covers are a little loose but it looks fine! Washed and dried on low heat just fine, and I love the corduroy look! Beautiful!
