Reviews
One month in, still can't fully assemble this couchTrevorOrdered Aug 19th. A month later, I still don't have a usable couch - not my fault.
Timeline:
(1) Delivery arrived missing couch legs.
(2) Called support, got legs sent.
(3) Started assembly, found a defective brace, can only build half the couch.
(4) Called again; no US stock, part ordered overseas.
(5) Part shipped via DHL, got stuck in customs in Cincinnati, now being returned to shipper for unknown reasons.
(6) Called a third time, got a new case number, told to wait "a few days" to see if they can reorder.
Staff are polite, but every call resets the issue instead of resolving it. Three case numbers, no escalation, no timeline. A month of half-assembled furniture I paid full price for is a long time with no answers.
ComfortToddOversized 1.5 sofa sections and good cushion. Easy to assemble.
