5 Drawer DresserBrunoThought I assembled it wrong because the top drawer doesn’t fully close and one of the drawers doesn’t even fit looked it up online turns out this is a common team. This dresser being $200 is absolutely absurd. The wood is chipped all over and the top drawer literally doesn’t fully close along with that the middle drawer also doesn’t even fit. What a waste of $200 in an hour and a half.

inner support blockingAlimI had difficulty assembling this unit due to the inner support being very tight and hard to align properly. As a result, only 3 drawers fit correctly, while the others do not slide in smoothly or sit evenly.
The instructions were not clear enough regarding the exact positioning of the rails, and even a small misalignment causes major issues with drawer function.
I recommend future buyers double-check rail alignment carefully during installation. IKEA should improve the instructions or tolerance for easier assembly.
ImpossibleBridianThis was such a pain to put together. I’ve bought and assembled many ikea pieces, and this was not like the others. Not user friendly, confusing and unclear instructions. You can get locked out of this dresser. I can’t even get it unlocked to unscrew it from the wall to bring it back to return it. Don’t waste your time. Took me about 4 hours to assemble. This is the only ikea product I’ve been unhappy with, and I am both unhappy and stuck with a useless product.

DisappointedJanelleI purchased these as a replacement for our Malm dresser set. I wish I had seen them in person first as I would not have purchased them. They are considerably smaller than the Malm which I didn’t expect. Also the look and feel of the grain is much more artificial and cheap looking. I don’t mind the safety feature of only one drawer opening at a time but it also only lets the drawer opening half way so you cannot easily access things in the back of the drawer which is already smaller to begin with. This particular piece does not have the two smaller drawers which were perfect for jewelry or the top that opened with a mirror. I purchased three pieces, had them delivered and put together after returning my Malm pieces with the recall. I know that technically I can return these but there is no way that I can get the there now to do that so we are stuck with them. I would say if you are considering to make sure you see in person first to ensure it’s what you really want.

Wonderful Product!SamanthaI am not able to attach to the wall at my apartment, so after reading the reviews, I made sure to watch a video on YouTube of how to put it together. It was nice because this also allowed me to skip a few pages of the installation booklet.
I bought two. Easy peasy to put together and the drawers offer SO much room! I am a single woman and putting the two together, all the drawers and getting them in place, I was done in about 5 hours.
I am very happy with my purchase. I was able to get them shipped to my location and that was a huge time saver as I am nowhere near an IKEA.
I have purchased SO much from IKEA over the years, and the quality and dependability of this product is on-par with all the other items I have.
I continue to be a very satisfied IKEA customer.
