STOREMOLLA chest of drawers is made to be used and lasts for a long time. The drawers are made of robust solid pine and run on hidden runners with an integrated soft-closing mechanism.
The finish has warm, rich colors that you can easily match with other furniture. The solid wood’s natural expression is visible through the stain, which also helps to hide small marks from everyday life.
All drawers have cast-iron knobs in a timeless design that goes well with solid wood.
Each drawer bottom is covered in a striped paper foil which creates a smooth surface for delicate clothes and adds a Scandinavian touch.

Amazing!JoshI know there is the stereotype that ikea is nice and clean disposable furniture… however this line is real wood and not particle board, plus they have under mount soft close drawer guides. By far the best dressers that ikea offers without going to the bigger box store companies.
missing partsElizabethI ordered 2 of these dressers. One of them shipped with missing parts and one of the parts received was defective. Instructions were not included in the 2 of 3 boxes I should have received so it was impossible to know that I didn't have everything I needed to assemble the dresser until I opened everything. Major headache.
Storemolla Dressers & Night StandsHaroldWe bought 4 dressers and 2 night stands. First, regarding value, all of the dressers were on sale and by joining IKEA Family we saved a great deal! That was a great deal on price. Second, assembly took a while with that many pieces, but the instructions were easy to understand and except one little cam lock all of the bags of parts were complete, usually with extras. And they expedited that part for me. Lastly, regarding looks and function, we’re super happy. They look great, work great, and my wife especially likes the soft close drawers on all of the dressers. Overall we’re super happy with out purchase!! And the IKEA pieces these replaced, which were still in great condition after over 15 years, they went into the office for extra storage.

NOT SOLID WOOD!!JonathanWe located this product on the website by selecting the "solid wood" filter, and the description reads, "Spacious and sturdy in solid wood." However we just bought this and got home to put it together just to find it is not solid wood. There are solid wood elements, but parts are particle board and worse, fiberboard. So disappointing, and wish I could get my money back, but a trip to the store is an hour away and gas. So crappy.
Surprisingly solid, easy assemblyAshleighI bought two of these and assembled them very easily in just a few hours. They are super sturdy and the most solid pieces of IKEA furniture I’ve ever purchased (which makes me feel a lot better for the price point). I needed separate dressers for my two boys who share a room, but didn’t want full sized ones that would take up the entire space. This was a perfect compromise! Went with the gray-brown color on a whim and it is more versatile than I expected and doesn’t seem to clash with any of the other wood tones in the room.
Very heavy - cumbersome to anchor- disappointedRajeshWe have been loyal IKEA customers/fans for over 25 years but this dresser has changed it! We had Leksvik (sp!) dressers with antique stain and loved them so these StoreMolla looked like a nice match. What a disappointment! It almost looks like that IKEA had an afterthought and attached two full size heavy partical boards on both sides of the dresser making them extremely heavy and cumbersome to assemble. Second, both the wall anchors are poorly designed and almost impossible to install. After following the instructions the screws for the wall anchors are in such a tight corners that power drill or ratcheting screw driver has very tight clearance to drive the screws into the anchors. The tiny gear like washers/discs to align the drawers is another bad design. IKEA could have done a better job labeling the “Left” and “right” drawer slides. We almost thought about returning these items …
Good size but…JulieWe got this tall dresser specifically for the size. At this price point, it’s a bit on the expensive side, considering it’s only painted plywood. It’s came in about a million pieces, but sturdy once put together. One of the panels arrived cracked, but Ikea was good and quick with the replacement. I could see the value in this piece at $200-$250, but once again, we needed a very specific size which is why we purchased it anyway.
great item, tough buildLauraThe only reason this isn't 5stars is that one of the pieces was not drilled correctly, so one of the drawers is just barely not as secure. It was very frustrating to try to get it fitting correctly, but in the end, it is a great product and the one drawer seems stable despite the flaw
Elegant functionality AnonymousThese dressers are beautiful and well designed for safety. Only one drawer can be opened at a time, helping to avoid tipping over. The rounded corners and edges give the dressers an elegant look while making them easier to live with.

SmallAshleyReally narrow. Doesn't really match the size of the large, grand 8 drawer dresser. Was hoping for something taller and wider to make it a nice set. This can barely fit anything in the drawers, it doesn't have a lot of practical function.
Five drawer favoriteKarenThis chest of drawers was purchased for a guest bedroom. I’m proud to say that I was able to build it myself, even though it recommends two people. I found the step by step pictures were, for the most part, easy to follow. All the pieces and fasteners were provided. All I needed were screw drivers and a small hammer to do the job. I had it built in an afternoon. Not bad for a grandma and it looks great in the bedroom. Next up the the matching three drawer dresser!

Drawers don’t align and assembly unnecessarily complicated KathrynI wish I could send in photos or a video but I can’t recommend this item. My husband, who is typically comfortable with assembling ikea products/ fairly handed couldn’t figure this out. The entire right side doesn’t line up like it should/ the drawers don’t lock into place. It seems like they’d have to be glued or something. On top of that, $400 dollars seems ridiculous for something that you assemble yourself.
Nice color, sturdy, a bit difficult to assembleSeyoungWith one tall guy and one short woman, a few steps were a bit of a struggle although still manageable. Finished product is beautiful and sturdy. To be clear the instruction is perfectly clear; just its shear weight and size were the issue.
I love this!DanaI read a review that it was hard to assemble and required 3 people. Nonsense. I'm a 70 yr old woman with arthritis and not especially handy, yet I got it done with little trouble. It is heavy, so when it came time to to join the sides it was a bit tricky, but not that bad. Ikea has also made assembly much easier and faster with better hardware since the last time I put one of their dressers together a number of years ago now. I like this so much I might get the 3 drawer unit to go with it.
