Looks amazing, poor quality controlOliverOnce assembled, it's an incredible looking and very sturdy shelf unit. Unfortunately, it seems as though the quality control on this product is lacking. The tapped screw holes on all four of the vertical posts were not completely aligned, meaning that attaching the shelves required an incredible amount of force. As a tall adult man, I had to use all my body weight to get the shelves seated with the posts and then use a free hand to screw them in place while squeezing both parts together. It made for a very unpleasant build experience, and I highly doubt that is what IKEA had in mind. If you can get past fighting for your life to put it together, it looks and feels really amazing.

Anyway, the stockholm shelf is truly timeless and classy. Very sturdy and the materials seem like last for a very long time.
