Poor quality and no real help from online customer serviceCristina AmaliaI bought the STOCKHOLM 2025 sofa only a few months ago and soon noticed fabric damage on two of the modules. The defects started small and were located on the inside of the covers, so they weren’t visible at first. Over time they have become worse, which is extremely disappointing considering the sofa is basically new and was a significant investment.
I reached out to IKEA’s online customer service expecting support, but I only received vague answers and was redirected multiple times. They simply told me that the covers are not under warranty, without offering any alternative solution, replacement option, or meaningful assistance.
For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and customer care. Instead, I am left with a damaged sofa and no help from IKEA. Very frustrating experience.1
Stunning couchElizabethI did not have the same experience others mentioned with sizing or stitching issues. My couch is PERFECT and so beautiful. It looks way more expensive than it is. I just want ikea to make extra velvet covers so I can wash them and switch them out or switch the colors5
Not perfectChelainaThe sofa is beautiful but the middle piece does not match at all. It's a completely different height and depth than the corner pieces. I was willing to deal with the lint but the couch doesn't even look like the photo. I have to put a blanket over it so it looks somewhat normal.3

Sofa is beautiful with some flaws NatashaI got the brown sofa. I love this sofa but it collects a lot of lint/animal hair. I have to use a lint roller multiple times a day. Also the stitching isn’t great, I just hope it holds up once I wash it. Other than that the sofa is great 3
