LOVE this couchJohannesHad it for 3+ years. We’re a household of three adults in Brooklyn and literally live on this couch day in and day out. It was not my favorite look-wise but we really wanted a comfy couch to lounge on. It has a give because the support is like stretch fabric. It is not a “sink in” couch with plush pillows. We have many pillows on it and it works perfectly for us. Holds up well. I got that new cover option that drapes down to the floor and washed it recently. Great quality! And much better looks. I would recommend this couch to anyone and buy it again in the future
Comfy but complicatedAdamRecently got the couch and I love the comfort and that it is low to the floor.
The set up was fairly easy but there are two zipper points that broke almost immediately. The arm rest seem a bit flimsy too. I’ve screwed the arm rest as tight as possible but still feeling like they will pop off.

Started off nice, but poor quality in the endSarahWe were excited about this sofa and really loved that it fit our whole family and was comfortable to lounge on for movie nights. Other reviews say the fabric is rough, and while they are not wrong, it never super bothered us. Since it is a sectional, the frame between the cushions is hard, and the back cushions are all loose, so I am constantly having to put them back. They look fairly lumpy after awhile too, so you have to put in some work to get them back to a decent-looking shape. We still have gotten a lot of use out of it.
My biggest complaint is that the chaise lounge section is wide and long and the ONLY thing providing support is a single layer of fabric stretched across the frame under the cushions. Within a year or so of owning the couch, the fabric on the underside ripped under the pressure of use, leaving the chaise cushion sagging almost to the floor. I bought some wood and created a makeshift support bottom, but it creaked constantly and has finally broken.
Deep but so uncomfortable SierraI’ve had this couch twice now and both times I regret my purchase almost immediately. First off it’s incredibly difficult to get a complete set, we currently have one black center piece and grey on the sides (we were desperate to get a couch and they didn’t have all the pieces available) you have to lay down if you sit in it. It’s very hard and you can feel the frame. Major bummer because it looks nice.
looks cute but not comfortableNoahthe couch looks a lot better than how it actually performs. we have owned this couch for three years and it has lost all shape and comfortability. the cushions are horrible and the covers ripped with zippers broken. definitely not going to last longer than a year.
Does not hold shapeNataliaI got this sofa a year ago and it looks like is over 10 yo. We don’t use it a lot with only 2 people. Not sure what I can do to fill the cushions… looks awful every time you get up, need to reshape everything. Should’ve return wishing 6 months.
DO NOT recommendDebraThis was a lovely and comfortable couch in the store. What i received is AWFUL ! The fabric /cover is very rough, UNcomfotable and does not fit the pads.
This couch is VERY uncomfortable. There are VERY thin pads that cover the base of the pieces. The covers fit on the frame with velcro, so because of the poor fit, there are puckers and not a smooth layout.
I plan to return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Loose fabricCassieThe couch is comfortable, but the fabric doesn’t fit the pillows. I contacted customer support with no help. Would hate to return over that, but it looks so slouchy. Also, this particular fabric isn’t very kind on the skin- rough!
bought it seven years ago and never regretAiIt is multifunctional and easy to care. We live in an apartment so guests can sleep on it overnight comfortably because it is supportive (firm) and deep enough after removing the cushions and pillows. The fabric color does not fade and it is machine washable. The structure is great too.
