Light works, stand unstableCjThe light works fine; my young children love it for their desks. However, the stand is terrible. There are two little nubs that are apparently supposed to fit into two small holes on the bottom of the light, but they don’t click or lock into place. The stand is nothing more than a cheap piece of plastic that does nothing for the stability of the light. I know it’s only $6.99, and clearly I paid $6.98999 for the light and less than $.01 was spent on the plastic “stand.”

Dancing to the MusicLinnmarieThe light itself is wonderful, but the base doesn’t hold the light very well. It only locks into place on one side so the slightest touch has it falling off and tipping over. It’s a good thing it works laying down, but not so easy to see the dancing light show.

So Much Fun!DeniseI purchased two of these lights that react to sound and now I need a few more. I love watching them move to music and also to voices. I highly recommend them. They are a very nice size and fit anywhere.

cool light!Paulmy only issue would be, that the connector it came with is a USBc. which meant I had to find and purchase a USBa adapter to use in my RV where I had purchased the light for. I think IKEA is rushing the USBc roll out.

You'll want more than one!AnnWOW...this is probably one of the best colorful lamps that IKEA sells right now! It has easy to operate buttons behind the light strip for changing color and brightness. Honestly, there are so many solid color options, rainbow and a sound responsive effect. It is most definitely an incredible value for all of the functions this light has; I expected it to cost more. It can stand upright with the included base or you can lie it down along the edge of a shelf, dresser, or TV. It certainly would make a great gift...I bought 5. The cord requires a USB-C plug outlet.
