    Baked in dill sauce they’re greatMarySlide the 4 fillets into a casserole dish. Cover with a packet Ikea lemon dill sauce. Cover with foil and bake according to package directions. When done, pull apart with 2 forks and break up larger pieces and spoon onto plates. A terrific entree. Everyone will love it. 5

    A friend introduced these to me as they are portioned and skinless. The portions could be a bit larger, but satisfactory for a lunch or dinner meal with veggies. Easy to defrost and cook, quite tasty.
