Great LampPegI Love the look of this lamp! I bought the gray- green & the ceramic paint job is awesome. The manual needs written instructions along with the diagrams. The Jan. 2026 review mentions that the arm wasn’t stable. I had the same problem until I took it apart the next day & discovered there is a Tiny nodule at the base of the arm that secures it in place. Also tighten the nut into the threaded piece in the base. Now it’s very stable.

Doesn’t Attach to the BaseAutumnThis lamp is so beautiful and seems like its made of sturdy materials, however, there is no way to attach the arm of the lamp to the base. The arm has a threaded post but the base has a hole with no threads. So while the post fits the hole, it doesn’t click or thread into it. It’s literally just balancing in the hole. If I were to move this lamp, even to dust around it would disconnect from the base and need to be put back in the hole every time. This makes no sense that there would be no way to permanently attach the two parts of the lamp together. Especially for a $40 desk lamp! Also, the bulb required is an uncommon wattage. I’ll have to return this one.

Looks & feels like Anglepoise - More like this...AlisonI have a number of Anglepoise lights that I've gotten secondhand or on sale, and this lamp has a quality that nearly matches. I forgot to order bulbs so can't speak on light quality or function, but I'm buying another of these and two white ones. REQUEST - please make these as wall lamps! The clamp ones with brass are an Anglepoise style but these are way more sturdy and refined.

Bad switchMikeI bought one and it immediately blew a breaker. Returned it and got another one. Same thing. Thinking maybe it was the IKEA bulb I purchased for it, I switched it with another. Didn’t blow a breaker but the light stayed on permanently, switch had no function. Giving up and will be returning this one too.

Incandescent Enthusiasts: Beware! :/ChaseTLDR: this is a lamp which expects its owners to use an LED, evidenced in the wattage limit: 8.7W (and the base type: E12)
I love the look and movement of this lamp and was excited to set it up at my desk. In my excitement, I neglected to look at the bulb requirements before purchasing and was sorry to find, on arrival, that it takes an E12 which is < 9 Watts. I prefer the feel and look (and neuro, physio + ocular effect/impact) of incandescent bulbs, and, given these wattage and base parameters, it is difficult to find a suitable bulb. The bulbs I could find were small, and better used for a night light or Christmas lights. Had it been 25 or 40 Watt limit, one would have access to more appropriate incandescent bulbs for a lamp of this purpose (study, desk lighting, mood lighting).
Will be bringing the lamp in to return. :/
