Nice base but would like more optionsJenniferDifficult to get home due to size (but it's packed the best they can do); easy to put together; wish it was a little more "flexible." Maybe a divider down the middle of an extra wide one, instead of having to get two frames; or maybe dividers that only go part way up so you can have a bar that spans the whole top and drawers on one side of bottom/shelves or hamper on other side of bottom.

Pax wardrobeReneeI was adding another piece to my closet. Thus item is not made the same as previous purchases. It does not have the round connection that you tighten which brings together all pieces. Love my old 5 sections. This new one is GARBAGE! doesn’t stay together and very weak.

Easy to assemble but needs more than 2 peopleKatheiWe had the PAX system delivered to our house and brought upstairs. It was worth the extra cost. These wardrobe frames are nearly as tall as the ceiling (ours is 8'), wide, and heavy. It took one of us to hold the bottom of the box and pull it out of the way and two to pull out the frame and lift it up into position. We found it easier to have the frame up and where we wanted it before installing the metal support bar at the back. If the legs are uneven, they can be adjusted from the top opening with an alan wrench without disassembling the bottom frame.
Lower quality than previous versionsMarcyWe just replaced our old pax system with a new one and it feels more cheap and thinner. It’s too bad you don’t make a higher quality version and charge more for it.
