Ridiculous assembly!LeahI’ve built IKEA furniture for years and even designed and installed our own IKEA kitchen…but this was the sofa that about broke us! It is unlike any other we’ve built and the pictures do not accurately capture how you need to rotate the bar/lever/tool in order to make it click into place. It also requires a certain amount of strength that may be difficult for some. Thank God for YouTube or we would have sent it back to the store. As for the completed product…it is an economy priced sofa, so we don’t have high expectations for durability or comfort, especially now that we’ve seen how it’s put together. Thankfully we bought it for a low traffic space. 2
GREAT FABRIC BAD CUSHIONS AND BASE SUPPORTVickiReally wanted to love this loveseat. Waited for stock for months. Somewhat easy to put together if you watch video. Assembly instructions were of no help. Looks good in the room, but was just a sagging uncomfortable place to sit. Base uses a sling type structure. Seat cushion are not foam. There are springs in them but once they compress they don’t spring back. Only thing they got right on this one was the fabric cover. The green is a beautiful emerald jewel shade and quality of material and stitching is excellent. I returned it after three weeks. Really wanted it to be my perfect TV watching place, but no way. Backache wasn’t with it.1
