Good for its priceDaleFor $180 (as of the time of writing this review) this is a somewhat boxy but quite serviceable coffee table. Offers a decent amount of storage space inside, top comes up and locks into place to use as a TV tray, and it's simultaneously sturdy enough that it doesn't feel like it'll collapse if the cats jump on it wrong, but light enough that one person can manhandle it into position without too much trouble.
A word of caution, when you're installing the frontal hinges take care to ensure you're putting them in the correct way. I didn't realize I was doing it wrong until I had done it backwards (note for IKEA if they refresh this line, maybe make the spacing holes for each hinge different so you can't switch them). If you need to remove the plastic-nail bits (part 10101111), a flathead screwdriver will get the job done.
not worth almost $200HaleyAssembly was going okay but some of the holes were not drilled deep enough, so the screws wouldn’t go in all the way. The metal hardware was also warped and bent so anytime we try and lift the top, it falls off. Kind of ridiculous for being an almost $200 item.

Had my doubts but it’s goodJoI really doubted the quality of this table but so far it has been great. Being single, I like to eat in the living room and this has been great so I don’t have to hunch over to eat. Seems very stable and the mechanism is very smooth. Some awkward parts, but not that bad to put together.
Total Junk!DallasThis was nothing but junk. Directions were hard to understand and I ended up tossing the whole thing in the garbage. Never again will I buy anything from IKEA. Their furniture is cheap junk.
BrokeAmyLoved this table. But, in less than a year the table top and leg began to come apart. I was always mindful the weight I put on it and I followed the assembly instructions. Very disappointing

More than just a table, a friend who’s always up for a meal and down to make clutter disappear. Just be careful pushing him on a light carpet, his feet can leave black marks, I call them memories.
