Solid wood but gap im the middle - poor design and materialMattI bought this table because it was on sale (clearance) but couldn’t see the gap running down the middle of the table from the pictures listed. It is by design for the extendable leaf hardware instead of routing the underside of the table. The table top assembly was difficult to align and make square. The solid wood is nice but pine is too soft and easily damaged even during assembly. I was left with an uneven gap and dents all over my table just from assembly.3
