How to change the bulbMaryLove mine, actually have several but can you change the bulb or once its out its out?
FlickersVanessaI can't use this because it flickers so much it distracts me. I've tried adjusting the wiring but it's just poor quality. I wish they did better testing before selling these. Going into the giveaway pile
Works great until it doesn’tMicheleWe just October 2024 and now 19 months later, the bulb has already started to flicker. I do work from home, but I only use the lamp on cloudy days for at most 4 or 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Even if I used it every day for 8 hours a day that’s around 4000 hours, nowhere close to the 20,000 hours it should last. According to the product description, this lamp head is a replaceable however, there is no possible way to order it. Two hours on the phone with two different customer service points of contact and still no one can help me get a replacement lamp head. My only option now is to go to the store. Talk to customer service and see if I can get an exchange but then what does that do me because I’m stuck with the exact same product that would probably go bad in another 18 to 19 months.
EffectiveDeniseI purchased this in order to have light on my working space without lighting up the whole room. I have had this for about 5 years, and it has been perfect. Recently, it started to flicker on occasion, so I know its lifespan is not forever.
Flickers like crazy MattIt would be all good but it flickers a lot and it is impossible to read to this light. I have multiple of these and flickering affects about half of them.

Product stopped workingRussWithin two week of buying this, it stopped working. Light flickered and then just stopped. I see no way to replace the bulb and it's a long way to the store to return it for $25. Not worth the purchase. Too bad

Loved this!TanyaMy desk space is really small so I was worried I would knock this style lamp off the desk, so I got this lamp name in the hanging style instead and I have no regrets. The desk lamp allows for you to change a bulb, the hanging lamp in this name does not but I am happy as can be bc it meets my space needs. I returned the base lamp style and purchased the hanging light instead. HAPPY!
